The Finestein Junior High School

The classes that take part in the project are the 7th and 8th accelerated English classes. There is a 9th grade (first grouping) class which will also participate in the near future.
We have just been nominated as finalists in the Educational Prize Competition, e.g. a school that excels in its contribution to education and also to the well being of its pupils.
We have special trends in the following subjects: sports, dancing, art, maths and English. Our school is beautifully decorated. In the halls we have paintings and posters which have been made by our pupils.
Our pupils have recently taken a special pledge to clamp down violence. We also collect food for needy people (There is an organization that helps us distribute the food).Our pupils also help raise money among the people of our town in order to donate it to cancer patients, to the blind, the deaf or the disabled).
